Goldberg Segalla added Kalie L. Chumley to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Raleigh.

Kalie focuses her practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators. She manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing petitions and motions, and litigating on the client’s behalf. Kalie draws on experience representing clients in a variety of workers’ compensation and civil litigation matters throughout North Carolina.

Kalie earned her B.S. from Young Harris College and her J.D. from the Elon University School of Law.
