Goldberg Segalla added Keith E. Nagy to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Princeton.
Keith has been representing a variety of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation defense matters and workers’ compensation insurance coverage disputes throughout New Jersey for more than 10 years. He has defended private and public entities in workers’ compensation bench trials, motion hearings, pretrial conferences and appeals, and has successfully resolved matters related to wage reconstruction, lack of coverage, and never-ending treatment, among others. In addition to his workers’ compensation practice, Keith has represented physicians, nurse practitioners and other health care providers in medical malpractice defense litigation. Before private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. J. Christopher Gibson of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division.
Keith earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law.
