Goldberg Segalla added Kenneth A. Funkhouser to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Princeton.
Ken applies more than 12 years of experience focused on handling workers’ compensation matters to serve the needs of insurers, employers and third-party administrators. He manages claims through initial filings, discovery, trial, settlement negotiation and closure. Ken has conducted trials on the basis of compensability, liability, causal relationship and permanent disability, as well as trials defending motions for medical and temporary disability benefits. He received national recognition by one of the nation’s largest indemnity companies for a result which saved the company $5 million in medical expenses and 24 years of total disability benefits.
Ken earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.
