Goldberg Segalla added associate Kimberly L. Cioffi to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Garden City.

Kim counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is involved in every stage of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions.

Kim received her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her juris doctor at the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she was a student attorney at the Elder Law Clinic. She also gained experience as an intern at the Senior Citizens Law Program in Central Islip, where she conducted research involving social security, disability, Medicare, and zoning laws.
