Goldberg Segalla added Kristopher R. Lowe to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Buffalo.

Kris focuses his practice on defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all stages of litigation before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. He has experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, including evaluation of potential claims, research and preparation of memoranda of law, drafting rebuttals and appeals, and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.

Kris earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his juris doctor at the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. During law school, he gained experience as an intern in the Lima Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, representing the state of Ohio in trials and pretrial hearings. He also held an internship for the Hon. Scott N. Barret in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
