Goldberg Segalla added Kyle A. Peterson to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice group in Philadelphia.

Kyle counsels and defends product manufacturers and premises owners in toxic tort and environmental litigation throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He handles cases from inception to resolution, including motions, depositions, mediations, arbitration, and trial. After collaborating with his clients to develop case strategy, Kyle engages in vigorous trial preparation and pre-trial motion practice. On a number of occasions, his thorough work-ups have led to settlement on the eve of trial.

In addition to his toxic tort practice, Kyle draws on a range of experience handling product liability, transportation, labor and employment, personal injury, general liability, and mass tort matters. He has defended major airlines in cargo disputes, trucking and brokerage companies in injury and fatality cases, and well-known national retailers in product liability matters.

Kyle earned his B.A. from The Behrend College at Penn State Erie and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
