Kyle A. Peterson counsels and defends product manufacturers and premises owners in toxic tort and environmental litigation throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He handles cases from inception to resolution, including motions, depositions, mediations, arbitration, and trial. After collaborating with his clients to develop case strategy, Kyle engages in vigorous trial preparation and pre-trial motion practice.
