Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce Louis A. Russo has joined the firm as a partner in its Manhattan office. Lou is a member of Goldberg Segalla’s Business and Commercial Practice Group, where he counsels clients in a wide range of complex disputes in state and federal courts and under the rules of the major arbital institutions.

In addition to his work in contract and fraud-based disputes, Lou represents clients in matters involving financial services, corporate governance, securities fraud, employment, and residential and commercial loan servicing.

Lou has extensive domestic and international arbitration experience, representing major corporations, maritime and shipping companies, and manufacturers in front of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Court of Arbitration, the Society of Maritime Arbitrators, and the American Arbitration Association. He is often invited to speak to legal and industry organizations on the topic, and has authored numerous articles on issues surrounding domestic and international arbitration as well.

Lou is a graduate, magna cum laude, of Hofstra University School of Law, where he was the Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
