Goldberg Segalla added Marco Caprioni to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Newark.

Marco represents insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators in litigation and negotiations. He is involved in all aspects of the workers’ compensation claims process, from initial evaluation through resolution, including preparing petitions and motions and appearing at hearings, trials and mediations. Marco established his legal career serving as a law clerk in private practice for multiple workers’ compensation practice groups, where he organized medical records, case files and settlement materials for various claims. He also gained valuable in-house experience working for the U.S. subsidiary of a global IT and cloud transformation provider, reviewing contracts and coordinating licensing and compliance efforts. At the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, he was a student clinician for the Fairbridge Investor Rights Clinic and provided assistance to small investors in arbitrations and mediations.

Marco earned his B.A. from Marist College and his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
