Goldberg Segalla added Min J. Yu to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Orange County.

Min has nearly a decade of experience representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters in venues throughout southern and central California. She manages the defense for a wide range of employers as well as staffing companies and professional employer organizations. Min has extensive experience analyzing medical reports and MSAs, preparing pleadings, and providing clients with appropriate settlement recommendations. She also handles claim file reviews with various insureds and employers. Before joining private practice, Min was an in-house counsel in the workers’ compensation department at a major insurance company.

Min earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. from the Whittier Law School.
