Goldberg Segalla added associate Natasa Timotijevic to the law firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group in Chicago.

Natasa counsels and defends insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation claims. She draws on experience handling matters relating to personal injury, property damage, and employment discrimination before the Cook County Circuit Court and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. In addition, she has tried cases before the Cook County Circuit Court, Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, as well as handled appeals before the Court of Appeals and Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Natasa received her bachelor’s in Political Science and History with a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from the school’s College of Law. As a law student, she served as a law clerk in the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and as a student attorney in the university’s Civil Litigation Clinic, where she represented clients in claims involving divorce, consumer debt defense, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
