Nathan focuses his practice on counseling and defending insurers in coverage litigation arising under a variety of policies. He draws on a broad civil litigation background and assists with all areas of claims handling and litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting complaints and written discovery; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Nathan earned his J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law, where he gained experience through placements in private practice and in the Forsyth County District Attorney’s office and participated in the Elder Law Clinic and Litigation Clinic. He earned a B.A. in History at Auburn University, graduating summa cum laude.
