Goldberg Segalla added Nicholas L. Hansen to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Princeton.
Nicholas draws from a broad range of legal experience, including pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, environmental matters, commercial litigation, and antitrust lawsuits. He manages cases from inception through resolution, developing defense strategies, preparing witnesses, and serving as local counsel in New Jersey state courts. Nicholas has been successful in developing Daubert motions to challenge the reliability of expert testimony and scientific evidence. Clients benefit from his strong scientific foundation – including a B.S. degree in Chemistry and work as an analytical chemist – which enables Nicholas to understand product science, communicate effectively with expert witnesses, and scrutinize the scientific bases of plaintiffs’ claims.
Nicholas earned his B.S. from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as Class Valedictorian.
