Goldberg Segalla added special counsel Priya P. Patel to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Priya represents insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters in pre-trial and trial proceedings throughout New Jersey and New York. Priya is involved in every stage of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, and preparation of petitions and motions, and handling appeals before the Board Panel and Appellate Division.

Priya earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland―Robert H. Smith School of Business and her juris doctor at Rutgers University School of Law.
