Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Quinlyn A. Beaver

Goldberg Segalla added Quinlyn A. Beaver to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Syracuse.

Quinlyn focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Her practice includes all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, preparing petitions and motions, and appearing at hearings and trials. Serving as a summer associate at a Syracuse law firm, Quinlyn gained experience evaluating and drafting contracts, establishing and dissolving business entities, handling employment compliance matters, and overseeing risk evaluation and mitigation. She also served as a pro bono student attorney in the Bankruptcy Clinic at the Syracuse University College of Law, where she offered attorney-supervised legal representation during creditor meetings and handled arising case concerns.

Quinlyn earned her B.A. from Utica University and her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
