Goldberg Segalla added Rachel W. Console to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Princeton.

Rachel is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney whose practice focuses on defending the interests of insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She handles all aspects of workers’ compensation defense from performing matter intake to evaluating the merits of a claim, providing legal analysis, and handling the matter through resolution. Rachel has tried numerous cases on issues of compensability, jurisdiction, and medical and temporary disability benefits to conclusion with favorable outcomes.

Rachel earned her B.S. from James Madison University and her J.D. from the Rutgers Law School.
