Goldberg Segalla added Robert W. Clark to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Rochester.

Bob focuses his practice on counseling insurers, employers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims from start to finish. He draws on more than 10 years of experience personally handling various workers’ compensation matters. Whether working with clients to develop an initial claim strategy, litigating, or negotiating, Bob’s goal is to reach a favorable resolution for any workers’ compensation and liability-related issues his clients are facing.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree at the SUNY College at Geneseo and his juris doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
