Goldberg Segalla added Ryan P. DiFlavio to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Buffalo.

Ryan focuses his practice on representing insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Ryan manages all aspects of a claim from referral through resolution, including legal assessment and strategy, counseling clients, discovery, trial, and appeal. A proven litigator, he has successfully handled countless denied claims, typically involving claimant testimony, lay witness testimony, and medical testimony. In addition, Ryan regularly works with claims adjusters to determine the best and most cost-effective strategy for defending workers’ compensation claims.

Ryan earned his B.A. from Alfred University and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
