Goldberg Segalla added Samantha J. Spicer to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Hartford.

Samantha focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She handles all aspects of the claims process from beginning to end, including discovery, depositions, hearings, petitions, mediations, settlement, and trial. In addition to workers’ compensation law, Samantha’s practice has included assisting insurers and their clients in general litigation, both in private practice and while in-house at one of the largest global property and casualty insurers.

Samantha earned her B.A. from Daemen College and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
