Goldberg Segalla added associate Scott R. Ferraro to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Rochester.

Scott counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters in state and federal courts throughout New York. He draws on extensive litigation experience handling personal injury matters involving elevator and escalator injuries, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction-site liability, and medical malpractice claims. He also has represented claimants in workers’ compensation and social security disability claims, as well as individuals, employers, and labor unions in employment matters in state and federal court proceedings and before administrative agencies.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and his juris doctor from the University of Akron School of Law.
