Goldberg Segalla added Selma Moy to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial and Management and Professional Liability groups in Manhattan.

Selma is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex civil litigation claims, from professional liability to personal injury, labor law, construction, and wrongful death matters. With nearly 27 years of experience handling management and professional liability matters—including high exposure medical malpractice, nursing home and healthcare litigation, personal injury, general negligence, and traumatic brain injury cases—she has successfully managed all aspects of litigation from inception to trial in New York and New Jersey. Selma has represented professional malpractice negligence matters as well as healthcare and long-term care litigation in state and federal courts, in arbitration, appeals, mediation and administrative hearings. Her background also includes defending manufacturers, product sellers, and product designers in product liability cases.

Selma earned her B.A. from Boston University and her J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
