Goldberg Segalla added Shannon S. Mancuso to the firm’s Worker’s Compensation group in Orange County.

Shannon dedicates her practice to defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators against workers’ compensation claims before workers’ compensation law judges in Southern California. She has extensive experience representing staffing agencies and professional employer organizations (PEOs). Shannon draws on more than 10 years of experience managing all aspects of workers’ compensation matters from inception to resolution, including establishing legal strategy, performing applicant depositions and discovery, drafting pleadings on a wide range of issues, and negotiating favorable settlement packages for her clients. She has represented insurance carriers, TPAs and uninsured employers before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board on a variety of matters.

Shannon earned her B.A. from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
