Goldberg Segalla added Shawn D. Kraemer to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Newark.

Shawn maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. He is involved throughout all stages of the workers’ compensation claims-handling process from inception through resolution, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing petitions and motions, and litigating on the client’s behalf.

Shawn earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
