Goldberg Segalla added Solomon Pantuch to the firm’s Transportation group in San Francisco.

Solomon concentrates his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters, with a focus on the trucking and transportation industry. He handles complex, multi-defendant litigation, including cases of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Solomon works closely with clients from the inception of litigation through settlement negotiation and trial preparation, conducting expert and key witness depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients at hearings and trials. He draws on a background representing and defending corporations and small businesses in commercial disputes, with considerable experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in all aspects of toxic and mass tort litigation. He has handled multimillion dollar product liability and general liability matters, including injury claims against multinational and Fortune 500 companies.

Solomon earned his bachelor’s degree from Ashford University and his juris doctor from the Golden Gate University School of Law.
