Goldberg Segalla added Taylor Moore Lammonds to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Raleigh.

Taylor counsels and defends employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is experienced in every stage of the claims process from inception through resolution, drafting legal briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, conducting depositions of experts, and preparing cases for hearings in front of the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Taylor is skilled at developing case evaluations, providing clients with details about potential exposure and defense recommendations. She has been successful negotiating settlements through formal mediations and informal negotiations with opposing counsel and pro se plaintiffs.

Taylor earned her B.A. from North Carolina State University and her J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
