Goldberg Segalla added Vandana Saunders to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Newark.

Vandana has represented employers, insurance carriers, and third‑party administrators in workers’ compensation matters for more than seven years, managing claims from inception through resolution. Her practice focuses on developing exposure analyses and strategic recommendations, working closely with clients to determine the most effective path forward, and advocating on their behalf at every stage of the process, including pre‑hearing conferences, hearings, settlement negotiations, settlement hearings, and throughout all phases of litigation.

Vandana earned her B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and her J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
