Goldberg Segalla added Victoria Lyons Hanafin to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Raleigh.

Victoria maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout North Carolina. She is engaged in all aspects of the workers’ compensation claims process, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and preparing petitions and motions. Before turning to private practice, Victoria handled workers’ compensation matters for the North Carolina Department of Justice, where she managed claims throughout various stages of litigation and successfully settled several claims on the state’s behalf.

Victoria earned her B.A. from the College of William and Mary and her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
