Goldberg Segalla added Yurie Blons to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in San Francisco.

Yurie counsels and defends insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters, handling all phases of the claims process from conducting depositions and preparing and arguing motions to analyzing medical records and negotiating favorable settlements. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Yurie practiced immigration law, where she conducted detailed legal assessments and case viability analyses to shape effective legal strategies. She has also helped pass litigation and authored critical filings and supporting documentation, distilling complex factual records into clear, persuasive narratives—skills that she uses to enhance her advocacy in workers’ compensation litigation.

Yurie earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. from the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
