In the House: Michael Shalhoub Featured in Worth Magazine for Curling Accomplishments

Michael D. Shalhoub, partner and Co-Chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Life Sciences Practice Group, is featured this month in Worth magazine for his passionate involvement in the sport of curling.

Mike was in his mid-40s when he started to find his favorite sport, basketball, to be taking too much of a physical toll. Mike discovered his next great sports passion, curling, while on a ski trip in Canada. Not long after seeing the game — which involves sliding a stone across a sheet of ice toward a target — on TV, Mike and his wife Gail joined the Ardsley Curling Club.

Today Mike travels the world competing in curling tournaments. His legal experience has also enriched his contributions to the sport: Mike is Ethics Chair for the U.S. Curling Association.
