Goldberg Segalla announces the promotion of partner John M. McConnell to vice chair of the firm’s national Business and Commercial practice group.

John will help manage a team of more than 50 attorneys as they handle pre-suit negotiations and pre-answer motions to resolve disputes before they reach full-fledged litigation, and utilize business-minded strategies tied to clients’ desired outcomes when litigation becomes necessary.

John is a trusted counselor to Fortune 500 companies and other publicly traded corporations, and is renowned for his record of success in high-stakes litigation and his acumen in motion practice and trial advocacy.
