Matthew S. Marrone Named Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society
Matthew S. Marrone, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Management and Professional Liability practice, has been elected as chair of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) for 2021.
With over 7,000 members, PLUS is recognized as the primary source of professional liability educational programs and seminars, networking events, educational products, and information regarding professional liability. As chair, Matt, who has been a member of PLUS for nearly 20 years, plans to continue offering virtual programs to keep members involved during the pandemic.
“I’m honored to have been selected to lead our chapter while we continue to navigate the uncharted waters of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Matt said. “2020 was a difficult year for all of us, and I expect 2021 to present many of the same challenges to holding in-person education, networking, and social events. We’re working hard to develop a schedule of compelling virtual programs to keep our members engaged until we can connect once again in person.”
