In addition to his position on the Board of Directors, Mike’s FDCC appointments include Coordinator of State Representatives for the Eastern States, Vice-Chair of the Insurance Industry Committee, a member of its Admissions and Financial Review Committees, and a member of its Insurance Coverage and Extra Contractual Liability Sections. He has been a member of the FDCC since 2003.
The FDCC is an exclusive international organization of only 1,400 elected members, including the top attorneys in private practice who specialize in civil defense litigation, as well as in-house counsel, risk managers, and insurance claims professionals from all over the world. The FDCC, where membership involves an extensive peer review selection process, is one of the country’s most premier organizations of civil defense attorneys and corporate counsel.
