Tomi Balogun focuses his practice on white-collar defense and government investigations. He provides proactive counsel and strong representation for clients whose services are monitored by an array of federal, state, and international regulations. Tomi also counsels and defends insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation claims. In counseling his clients, he brings an exceptional sensitivity to their business operations, drawing on a background that includes representing large corporations and financial institutions in high-profile regulatory investigations, corporate transactions, and commercial litigation. He joined Goldberg Segalla in April 2019.
