Experience
Aaron M. Schiffrik represents clients in all stages of litigation in a range of legal matters, regularly defending regional and national transportation companies in catastrophic personal injury actions and administrative fatality hearings. As national coordinating co-counsel for a multi-national trucking and logistics company, Aaron provides consistency and efficiency by establishing a unified defense strategy, determining subject matter experts, coordinating document production, and overseeing local counsel from coast to coast.
Aaron’s practice also includes management and professional liability matters as well as construction litigation and counsel. He defends accounting malpractice actions and legal malpractice claims stemming from underlying representation in commercial and residential real estate, family law, and personal injury actions. He also regularly defends physicians, nursing staff, and clinical laboratories against claims of professional negligence and misconduct. For clients in the construction industry, Aaron handles design defect claims as well as construction and labor law matters.
