Aastha counsels and defends product manufacturers, developers, property owners and other businesses in toxic tort and environmental litigation and regulatory matters. She is involved in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit case assessment, drafting motions, pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, preparing for and participating in depositions, and assisting with trials and appeals. Prior to entering private practice, Aastha served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Christine M. Nugent of the New Jersey Tax Court in Newark, where she assisted the court in resolving complex substantive and procedural tax matters and litigation, contributing to the legal analysis underlying the court’s decisions.
