Alan Bouchaheen
Associate
Alan Bouchaheen focuses his practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. He is involved in all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, preparing petitions and motions, and negotiating settlements.
During law school, Alan gained experience as a clinical intern in the bankruptcy clinic at the Touro Law Center, gathering client information, reviewing financial documents, conducting legal research, and preparing Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions while advising and counseling clients under attorney supervision. He was also a legal intern at a New York firm handling criminal defense and civil litigation matters.
