Experience
Allison Jaeger is an experienced trial lawyer who counsels and defends clients in the retail and hospitality, transportation, and construction industries on premises liability, automobile liability, product liability, professional liability, and construction defect claims. She is vice chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Retail and Hospitality practice. Allison is experienced handling, monitoring, and resolving complex excess risk and catastrophic personal injury claims, both pre-suit and in-suit, with a particular focus on Florida’s bad faith insurance laws. Her trial experience includes motor vehicle accidents, product liability matters, retail, and general liability matters. Allison routinely litigates high exposure matters in south and central Florida’s most challenging jurisdictions.

Allison brings exceptional insight to matters involving scientific and highly technical material, as well as strictly regulated industries, from her background in the field of pharmaceutical research. Before attending law school, Allison began her career as a regulatory manager at a Florida clinical research facility, where she worked to ensure clinical trials were conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration.
