Experience
Amanda R. Kenna has more than 15 years of experience representing employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters, including significant trial and court experience. She manages every aspect of workers’ compensation matters from inception to resolution, including claims reviews, drafting of pleadings and briefs, litigation at the hearing and trial level, as well as budget and settlement analysis.
Before joining private practice, Amanda was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Glenn Berman, P.J.F.P., of the Superior Court of Middlesex County, where she researched and composed legal memoranda, court orders, and judicial opinions, assisted the judge with motion hearings and settlement negotiations, mediated conflicts, and handled all areas of judicial procedure.
