Experience
Andrew B. Jaffe focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers in complex insurance coverage litigation, advising clients on coverage issues and defending their coverage positions in all phases of litigation. He has participated in complex cases with exposure in excess of millions of dollars for residential and commercial liability policies, and handled federal court cases in the Middle District and Southern District of Florida. Andrew also draws on experience as associate general counsel for the largest private homeowners insurance company in the State of Florida, where he handled the defense of first-party property lawsuits throughout central Florida. He has also defended clients in construction defect litigation, bodily injury, wrongful death, and government liability matters.
