Ani Garibyan counsels and represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination and harassment claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. She also defends matters of unpaid wage, minimum wage, overtime, meal/rest period claims and other claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Gaby has represented a wide variety of employers, ranging from local businesses to nonprofits and large, national corporations in state and federal courts as well as administrative and arbitration venues. She also provides proactive counseling to clients, analyzing employment policies and evaluating employee handbooks with an eye toward minimizing the risk of litigation. Gaby draws on a broad base of experience including employment, real estate, and insurance defense as well as corporate and transactional law.
