Experience
Bria Myles counsels and defends regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants and other businesses in the retail and hospitality industries on a variety of litigated matters, including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, and other claims. She is engaged in all aspects of litigation, preparing cases for filing, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, and participating in trials, arbitration and mediation.
Bria draws on experience gained as a law clerk where she worked on intellectual property matters, employment and labor agreements, and commercial contracts. While acquiring her J.D. at the Washington University School of Law, Bria served in a number of legal internships including with the American Civil Liberties Union, the Center for Constitutional Rights, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area.
