Charles H. Morasch dedicates his practice to representing clients in workers’ compensation matters. He advocates for employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators with a strategic emphasis on mitigating risk and reducing the overall cost of each client’s workers’ compensation program. Known for his ability to navigate complex legal frameworks, Charlie has also represented clients in civil litigation, contract disputes, and regulatory matters throughout Missouri and Kansas.
In addition to his workers’ compensation work, Charlie has considerable experience in technology and cybersecurity issues. He previously oversaw cyber liability and professional lines for a leading insurance broker and risk advisor, managing cyber, technology, and errors & omissions (E&O) claims from initial incident reporting through investigation, negotiation, and resolution.
Before entering the legal profession, Charlie built a distinguished career in journalism, earning multiple awards for investigative reporting and editorial excellence.
