A highly experienced litigator, Clayton T. Graham focuses his practice on advising and defending national and regional developers, shopping centers, retailers, restaurants, hotels and resorts. He has successfully resolved complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout California for more than 15 years. Over the course of his career, Clayton has handled matters involving premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate, and professional liability. His clients have included property developers, contractors and subcontractors engaged in commercial property cases ranging from single, small buildings up to multi-building claims involving campuses of the University of California.
