Colleen E. Hayes counsels and defends national and international insurers in complex commercial litigation and coverage disputes. She handles a wide variety of first- and third-party insurance coverage claims and routinely advises clients in cases involving construction defects, personal injury, property damage, and bad faith. She has extensive experience handling coverage contract disputes, including matters involving general liability, first-party property, automobile liability, and product recall claims.

During law school, Colleen served as an intern to the Hon. Rayford Means in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She also held an internship with the Civil Justice Clinic at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
