Experience
Conor R. Wiggins concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in employment and labor law matters, and is involved in all aspects of the litigation process from inception through trial and appeal. Conor has represented employers and employees in various areas of labor and employment litigation, with a focus on discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. His experience also includes special education litigation representing school districts in mediations, in hearings before the Office of Administrative Law, and at the New Jersey Superior Court.
Before entering private practice, Conor served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. John A. Young Jr., J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court, where he assisted in the preparation of written opinions on a wide range of criminal law issues. He also gained experience as a legal intern to Hon. Jeffrey R. Jablonski, A.J.S.C. of New Jersey Superior Court. During law school, Conor served as the editor in chief of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel Law Journal.
