Daniel Steiner dedicates his practice to workers’ compensation law, counseling and defending insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators. Dan brings experience from representing companies and individuals in a range of business and consumer disputes. He has supported matters through pre-litigation, litigation, and post-litigation phases, including drafting and arguing motions and other filings before the court. Dan’s background also includes assisting with client intake and case evaluation, as well as working on commercial matters such as contracts, employment issues, and business formation.
