Daniel Steiner dedicates his practice to workers’ compensation law, counseling and defending insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators. He handles matters at all stages of the workers’ compensation claim process, including case evaluation, investigation, conferences and trials, medical record analysis, and the preparation of pleadings, motions and briefs.
