David P. Renovitch

With more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation, David P. Renovitch counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex matters with a focus on those in the transportation industry. He has represented a wide range of businesses, municipalities, and insurance carriers on matters involving personal injury, premises liability, toxic tort, product liability, employment matters, and insurance defense, among others. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, David was senior staff attorney for one of the nation’s largest property and casualty insurance carriers, defending all areas of civil litigation/insurance defense.  He also has extensive experience in title insurance defense, quiet title and reformation actions, and other claims against title to real property.
