He has been responsible for legal matters impacting the day-to-day operations of maritime companies from litigation to complex transactional matters, and served as outside general counsel for a maritime operator doing business in the U.S., the Caribbean and South America. For more than 25 years, Greg has been providing insightful, well-reasoned counsel to individuals and corporations to minimize their legal exposure, building a track record of resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation and litigation.
