Gregory E. Jordan counsels and defends clients in a variety of general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability matters with a particular focus on the retail and hospitality industries. He has represented both regional and national hardware, pharmacy, art and craft supply, convenience, and gasoline retailers. Greg’s practice also includes transportation and commercial liability matters including personal injury, auto liability/uninsured motorist claims, and construction defect matters. He draws on experience handling a wide range of first- and third-party defense matters as well as a variety of business disputes and other commercial litigation.
