H. Chip also has defended a wide array of other product liability and toxic tort claims, including with respect to asbestos, cosmetics and personal care products, lead paint, chemicals and chemical compounds, mold, benzene, household and consumer products, butane-fueled lighters, material handling equipment, airline service equipment, alarm and signaling systems, industrial products, and playground equipment.
